Soft skills
Soft skills include communication skills, presentation skills, public speaking skills, problem solving, decision making, and more these are more reflected when you go for an interview. Soft skills are life skills which is important in our day to day life. Soft skills are essential for success in any kind of workplace, for both employees and employers. They are the social abilities that enable us to interact effectively with others, and they play a vital role in our ability to communicate, collaborate, and solve problems. Soft skills can help us build strong relationships, manage our time effectively, and stay motivated. They can also help us find, attract, and retain clients or anything that we do in our day to day life.
Body language
These include your posture, facial expressions, behaviour, and hand gestures. Your body language shows how you are and what you are. It is an indicator of the attitude, enthusiasm, predisposition, and personality of you at work. It is essential to adapt our body language to the environment in which you are . In our day to day life we are exposed to hundreds of different situations; meetings with bosses, clients, colleagues, and others. It’s essential here to consider correct physical behavior in each scenario.
Experience
This is a major issue while finding a job. Every interviewer asks one thing to the employee or employer and that is about your experience. But many students are fresher or experienced . They have theoretical knowledge but they don’t have practical experience. Due to this reason, many students doesn’t get job. So maje sure to take practical experience during your degree course so that your experience will be good enough and then you can get a good job.
Communication Skills
Communication skill is a major problem during job finding due to 2 reasons. (i) English – most Indian students belong to the Hindi medium or are not comfortable in English and due to this reason many candidates fail in their jobs 2. Public Speaking or Speaking with Stranger – The majority of people know many things but they don’t know how to present their self or how to communicate with other
Reference
Reference is a must in many cases even though you are a knowledgeable person, and you have a good personality, Marks but those who have references will get their first chance at getting a job.
